Black ops7 Servers Not Showing in Geo-Filtering (XR1000) + Error

Hi,

I recently bought the Netgear XR1000, and I’m facing an issue where Black Ops 7 servers do not appear at all in the Geo-Filtering map. Other games show normally.

 

I’m also getting this error in the interface:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'append')

 

I rebooted the XR1000, changed Filtering Mode, disabled Auto-Ping Assist, and even reset settings, but nothing fixed it.

 

Is this a DumaOS bug, or does Black Ops 7 not support Geo-Filtering yet?

You're not going to be able to use PingHeatmap for that at the moment, as it appears to be down. Instead, you can use GeoFilter and select Black Ops 6 servers since Call of Duty often reuses the same server locations. Regarding firmware, you can upgrade to the latest patch using the following link. However, make sure to check the back of your router for its specific variant (e.g., RCN, Grande, etc.). If it doesn't match the description, type the model into the search bar on Netgear's website, and it should provide the correct firmware.

Do you mean the Geo-Filter or Ping Heatmap? If you mean Heatmap that's something we can resolve easily via the cloud - it won't impact your ability to use the Geo-Filter

Yes heatmap ٫The problem appeared after Cloudflare’s servers went down, and the ping increased slightly on all servers.
