N.J Posted Sunday at 09:01 AM Posted Sunday at 09:01 AM Hi Since I started working with the R3, I've had a problem with voice chat on PlayStation 5. When a friend enters the chat, he can't connect. It shows that he's trying to connect and in the end it says that there's probably a network problem. In the end, I found that the problem is UPnP. It turns on when I turn it off directly. It solves the problem and turns it back on, and sometimes I have to turn it off. Are you aware of the problem? Is there a solution to this so that I don't have to turn it off for it to work?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Sunday at 09:50 AM Administrators Posted Sunday at 09:50 AM Firstly if you're using the Geo-Filter check the map when they try to connect, it's likely they're being blocked, click that icon and add them to your allow list and it should work. Otherwise you can put the PS5 in the DMZ on the R3.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted yesterday at 03:03 PM Administrators Posted yesterday at 03:03 PM Zoom out fully on the map, invite them, there will be a blocked icon - yellow triangle - somewhere on the map, you click that then on the right of the page it will update with information about it and you can name and allow it there
