S. Richard Posted Wednesday at 08:26 PM Posted Wednesday at 08:26 PM So I just upgraded my fios internet and they switched the router to an eero pro 7. I've been searching to find help but I just want to make sure I get things right and not mess it up. I've seen the best thing to do is put the netduma in the eero dmz but I can't seem to find that option in the settings. I only use the Netduma for my consoles and pc. The eero does all the wifi connections and has the internet connected to it. I was able to fix the double nat with the previous router which was an Arris. ANGEL GONSALEZ 1

Yes that is correct you need to put the LAN IP of the R3 into the DMZ of your eero pro 7 router. You would be better speaking / posting your support issue to eero as i doubt you will get support for a non netduma router on here.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Thursday at 03:34 PM Administrators Posted Thursday at 03:34 PM Exactly as above though I'm not sure if they have a DMZ option, you might have to use port forwarding instead in which case do 1-65535 TCP/UDP
S. Richard Posted 13 hours ago Author Posted 13 hours ago Thank you guys for the responses. So I went on the eero app to do the port fowarding. But it tells me that the external port is already being used? Or am I suppose do it through the dumaos?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 13 hours ago Administrators Posted 13 hours ago Couldn't say without seeing it but go to "Under Network services, select DHCP & NAT." maybe there is a DMZ option there. There is a bridge mode option but that would mean you couldn't connect anything to it except the R3
S. Richard Posted 12 hours ago Author Posted 12 hours ago Yea there is. The options are automatic, manual IP, and bridge. For the port forwarding option its Port name _______ Port or Port Range ________ A toggle for "Use a different port or port range for the internal port And then the protocol option for tcp/udp, tcp, and udp. But when I type in the numbers you told me it tells me it's already being used
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 11 hours ago Administrators Posted 11 hours ago Try instead 1024 - 65535 does that work?
