drentenaar Posted yesterday at 08:40 PM Posted yesterday at 08:40 PM Dear reader, In EA FC 25, my geofiltering was working perfectly fine but in the new 26 edition nothing seems to be working. I have labeled my PC as 'PlayStation' in the Device Manager tab and the listed IP there is correct. Board Model XR1000 Firmware Version 1.0.0.74_1.0.63 DumaOS Version 3.1.2 Sidenote: in the Ping Heatmap tab, EA FC is labeled as 'EAFC 25' but in the Geo-Filter Map tab it's called 'FIFA'. FIFA doesn't exists anymore, it's now called EA FC.

I gave it the PlayStation device type because I saw that recommended a few times when searching through other topics. How it isn't working properly: when filtering is enabled and I enter a game/server, nothing shows up on the map nor anything get's blocked. Not sure what to do because it worked fine in EA FC 25.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 22 hours ago Administrators Posted 22 hours ago That's correct, do this: Quit the application/game/client completely - including the game client from the System Tray - important! Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client It's essential the Geo-Filter is enabled before the game client or the game have been launched. If you change Geo-Filter settings when you're on the game then you will need to restart the game for those changes to take effect, otherwise it will use the previous Geo-Filter settings and appear not to be working.

Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu -> Do you mean 'Resync cloud' from the Geo-Filter tab options? I have followed the steps but still nothing shows up on the geo-filter map and thus no blocking.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 7 hours ago Administrators Posted 7 hours ago Yes that's correct. Okay check the IP on the device itself and then check that against the device you think it is on the Device Manager, do the IPs match?
