Until a few days ago, it was working perfectly, but now the rules are no longer being applied — even though I haven’t changed any settings. Here are the details: Mode: Manual Status: Always On Issue: Ping Optimizer rules aren’t taking effect; Waveform tests confirm no difference in latency or routing behavior. Firmware: 4.0.645 I’ve already tried the following: Rebooted the router Flushed Cloud & Ping Data from the Diagnostics page Re-tested using Waveform (results unchanged) Thank you,
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Monday at 02:08 PM Administrators Posted Monday at 02:08 PM Disable Speed Test Bypass first of all and then re-test but it looks like you just need to re-tune the percentages to find what works best for you to keep the ping low. There are lots of variables when networking so it won't always be a case of the same settings working 100% of the time. Mohamed87 1
