geo filter not working

Started playing battlefield 6 and noticed no servers  not showing up on the geo filter.Switched over to cod and same thing i'm on ps5 pro  firm4.0 645 any ideas what happened.I rebooted the modem plus the r3 still nothing.

Do this:

1. Quit the application/game/client completely
2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
3. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
4. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
5. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
6. Wait 2 minutes
7. Boot up application/game/client

See if it works then please

Still nothing its saying playstation is not active even after i did as you said.I Feel like its not picking up my playstation

Please provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter of what it looks like when you're in a game

nothing is populating its not working no server locations no nothing.Unless im doing something wrong its how i always had it from the start.

Click the X where it says tap to set the home and then try again please. Does the PlayStation show active on the Device Manager?

Still nothing yes it shows up in device manager.Can it be a bug because when i put filtering on it will kick me back to the start to search again but when i turn it off it puts me into a game but nothing shows up on geo filter.

And it actually shows as online on the Device Manager? If you do a speedtest on the console does the Network Activity page show the traffic for the console? 

It's very unlikely to be a bug. Have you connected the PlayStation via WiFi and ethernet to the router at some point?

no just wired and yes it shows its active.I Went threw the device manager list and deleted everything not being used  and it now works.So i think it was the wrong playstation for some reason it had 2 on the list. I think it's all good  now servers are showing up now.Thanks again for the help
