On the bottom graph what is the minimum ms you're seeing and the avg max? Maximize the window and it should be clearer to see

A singular download should take all your speed so if it's not then do one on your PC also

After several tests, the ideal configuration for my connection is to lower the speed on the R3 to 200/100 and CC to 70%.

 

Now I am having a problem. When I return to this configuration, the R3 responds to the speeds indicated manually, but when I run a speed test, it still gives 500-600, which is incorrect. How can I get the R3 to correctly accept the speeds I indicate?

It's because you have speed test bypass enabled in the Congestion Control settings

Quand tu fais ce type de test sous Windows ou autre, il faut te mettre en mode sans échec afin d'optimiser les ressources du périphérique de test ! 

(Le mode sans échec, te permet de supprimer toutes les extensions, services, applications qui faussent le monitoring)

-Lancer pingplotter 

-Lancer un téléchargement de jeu ou autre qui est successible de consommer l’entièreté de votre bande passante fournis par votre FAI  

-Régler le pourcentage de l'ABB en fonction du graphique de pingplotter !
