XR500 Troubleshooting

I am having trouble connecting to the internet with my nighthawk XR500 gaming router. I believe I may have misconfigured some settings in netduma, and now I'm having a hard time troubleshooting it. Can anyone help?

How is the XR connected to your internet line?

modem ISP - XR

router ISP -XR

If you think you've misconfigured then a good step would be to do a factory reset to start fresh. 

Just to check, you have completed the Setup Wizard? You won't get internet without doing so. Do you require VLAN/PPPoE/DHCP Identifiers to get a connection?
