NetworkNoob Posted September 24 Posted September 24 Recently bought the R3 on 7/3/2025, but it seems that it is no longer working. i first started having issues on Rebirth island, where my first game I would get either disconnected or have random packet loss. Then whenever I connected with someone on the east coast I would randomly have 140ms of ping and 5+ packet loss. 2 days ago, I attempted to reset the router and now it no longer connects to the internet. What do I do next? Is there warranty? Please help.
Sentinel82 Posted September 25 Posted September 25 A factory reset usually clears PPPoE credentials, static IP configuration, or VLAN tagging required by some ISPs. If those weren’t re-entered, the R3 won’t connect.
