maiza Posted Tuesday at 07:09 AM Posted Tuesday at 07:09 AM I have ordered a Netduma R3 gaming router I hope it'll arrive soon. In my opinion Netduma should update their port forwarding feature for games for example on Asus gaming routers we can get open NAT for games by just one click because they have preconfigured game ports. I'm not saying that it's not possible to get open Nat on the R3 what I'm saying is we need to more work to get open NAT for games.

Habilite o upnp e pronto!
Hugo Alves de Almeida Posted Tuesday at 01:34 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:34 PM Eu desativei o upnp e coloquei o ps5 na dmz achei bem melhor zero preocupação.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Tuesday at 02:12 PM Administrators Posted Tuesday at 02:12 PM It shouldn't always be needed and the above should do a good job at getting an open NAT anyway but its a good suggestion, I'll pass it on to the team!
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Thursday at 02:14 PM Administrators Posted Thursday at 02:14 PM As above, sure there is a slight element of risk but look at any ISP modem/router and they'll all have UPnP enabled by default, any third party router will too so if there was a massive risk that wouldn't happen. As long as you're practicing safe network/web habits then you should be absolutely fine.
