If so how do I get new antennas If everything is hardwired then the wireless antenna wouldn't effect the wired speed. If you haven't changed any settings and only physical changes were made then it is very likely the ethernet cables. Swap out the cable connecting the R3 to your modem and check again. If it's still not working then grab a screenshot of the WAN & LAN Settings pages please
Reykc9510 Posted 4 hours ago Author Posted 4 hours ago The ethernet cable was the issue. Can I buy 2 antennas, they would damage when I was moving my things around in my house?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 4 hours ago Administrators Posted 4 hours ago We can send new antennae if necessary, however, it is likely it's just that it's come apart instead of breaking, check the video to see if that applies + how to fix. If that's not it please provide a picture of how they're broken please antennaepop.mp4
