Netduma R3 is a complete failure

The R3 is the worst piece of networking gear I’ve ever used. It tanked my internet speeds, ruined my PS5 performance, and made my gaming experience significantly worse. Connecting directly to my ISP router wipes the floor with your product.

This was advertised as a premium solution, but in reality, it’s a downgrade and a waste of money. I’m done wasting time troubleshooting something that should have worked out of the box.

Sorry to hear you've not had a great experience - this is why we're here though to help you through any issues you may face. It's not uncommon for people to need a nudge in the right direction initially given the nature of the product and the many facets of the software, especially on a type of device that many people don't usually interact with like that often. What you've mentioned so far sounds like you need to adjust settings, it's not a plug and play product necessarily, fine tuning is needed to get the best out of it.
