Mehmet Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Hello Duma family. I upgraded to new internet today and bought a new modem. Everything is fine. I added the router to the modem's DMZ. However, when I perform ping optimization, it says your ping could not be fixed. Also, while the geofilter stabilizes the ping, it doesn't display the server ping simultaneously. What's stopping this? I'd appreciate any help.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 22 hours ago Administrators Posted 22 hours ago We're aware Ping Optimizer isn't 100% reliable, we're working on that, adjust Congestion Control manually for the moment (in Ping Optimizer > Advanced). Game servers don't always respond to pings so we can't always display the ping unfortunately Mehmet 1
