QoS and Connection Benchmark Rapps stopped working XR1000

I have done a factory reset as ive read that may fix the issue. Tested both Rapps once it was reset w/ a basic setup and everything worked. When i uploaded my saved router settings they dont work again and i keep getting this message

We're aware they're not 100% reliable, it uses servers that are hardcoded into the router which can then become out of date. For the moment use speedtest.net to test speeds and enter them into the router. Adjust the Congestion Control percentages to achieve the same effect as the Auto Setup.

I cant adjust the congestion control percentages because the QoS Rapp will never load.

On the System Information page click the  icon on the Rapps panel, change retries to 5, reboot the router from the interface, close the tab, wait 4 minutes then access and see if it loads

Both Rapps still wont load. Connection Benchmark isnt a big deal, but i use the Congestion Control in QoS for online gaming so its unfortunate it doesnt work still

Downgrade the firmware to:

Factory reset, wait 4 minutes then see if it loads. If so disable auto upgrade on the firmware update page.

I did a factory reset and just manually changed my settings vs uploading them and both Rapps are working normal again. Seems there is an issue when uploading my saved settings that causes the Rapps to not work correctly

Good to hear, thanks for the update. Ah so you're restoring from a backup, that can cause issues if the backup is corrupted or if you made the backup on a previous version and upload it on a newer version.
