lid Posted July 19 Posted July 19 Hello, as the title says, I am contacting you because QOS is not working properly. As with other similar inquiries, I have tried resetting with dumaos + directly resetting with the device buttons, but the problem is still occurring.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 19 Administrators Posted July 19 There are only 2 ways to resolve this error: Factory Reset Re-connect the device that you deleted from the Device Manager back to the router via the same connection method (ethernet, 2.4GHz or 5GHz), give it the same device type and name. Then the error will disappear.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 19 Administrators Posted July 19 A proper factory reset can be done by going to Settings > Administration > Backup Settings > Erase or by holding the reset button in the back of the router (you'll need something thin like a pin) for 30 seconds, releasing and then waiting 4 minutes before accessing the interface. If that doesn't work then you'll need to do #2 to resolve it.
lid Posted July 19 Author Posted July 19 I tried the method you told me, but the initialization is not working properly. #2 Solution is not possible because the previous connection device does not currently exist. Is there no other solution?
Newfoundland Posted July 19 Posted July 19 Hold the reset button on for at least 20 seconds and it should reset the router. If that’s not working you may have to consider TFTP and if that fails and the reset is not working with pin I would think you have a hardware issue. https://kb.netgear.com/000059633/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-a-TFTP-client-on-Microsoft-Windows
lid Posted July 19 Author Posted July 19 Thank you, your help solved my problem. Netduma Fraser and Newfoundland 2
