The router even after rebooting is giving me errors getting into the interface saying it cant load things like the previous router did before it died. After refreshing the page and clearing the cache 20 times I finally got in after clicking continue anyway and there's some errors on the top right.

Anything I can do to fix it?

Some Router features are not running

What firmware version is this on specifically? Ideally if you could grab the logs when it happens we can investigate further

DumaOS 4.0.540

I cant click anything when I get into the web interface and I don't see where to grab the logs in the recovery options before that.

The side menu should still be clickable and the pages that aren't having the issues should still load. Logs are in Settings > Troubleshooting.

First upgrade to the Early Access version here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/

If it still happens after that then grab the logs please

This is what happens when I try to get logs or update the router.

What web browser/device are you using to access? Can you access the pages using the DumaOS app?

Tried edge, chrome, and a chromium fork. All three have the same issue. App just says "Unknown error" when I try to log in.

Go here: http://192.168.77.1/dumaweb#!/support and you should be able to upload the firmware there to upgrade

I get the same error then I hit continue anyway and it just loads forever the same as my previous image.

@FingerTester

Access the log files using the following link: http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt. Additionally, you can share your findings by utilizing this Chrome extension: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/jam/iohjgamcilhbgmhbnllfolmkmmekfmci?hl=en-US.

To save the log, follow the steps shown in the footage below.

This worked to get the log file thanks.

@Netduma FraserI've sent the logs in a PM. Looks like the same hybrid VPN issue as before with the last router?

It won't be HybridVPN, what's the time frame roughly when it happened? Then I can match it up to the correct entries in the log

I'm not too sure. The router has been running fine for maybe atleast a month without a restart? I needed to change some port stuff a few days ago and now I just cant get in the interface. So within the last month most likely...

It's two days worth of logs but it is quite long so I may miss something, what port stuff did you do exactly? Were you unable to access immediately after that? Were you using the Geo-Filter/VPN/Traffic Controller prior to the issue? It seems to be cycling through features trying to clean them up/delete rules but seems to be stuck in that process so quite possible a setting or rule addition has become corrupted somehow sending it in a cycle. Factory reset from the hardware button, hold for 30 seconds, release, wait 4 minutes then access then upgrade to the Early Access version as soon as you can and monitor from there.

Sorry I should have been more specific. I didn't change any settings in the last month or more. I wanted to forward a port for a game but couldn't as I cant get into the router. Did you check the logs with the last router I got a replacement for? It seems to be the same issue I think? I don't use the geo-filter VPN or traffic controller or anything.

It doesn't appear to be related to your last issue, there were a lot of errors in that log and not so much in this one. Okay no worries, it may be the log doesn't have much in the way of helpful information currently. Do the factory reset & upgrade and we can go from there, will also help to be on the latest
