Can't connect to most games using R3

I can't connect to marvel rivals, ark ascended, neverwinter, etc when connected to the r3. Only game that works is apex legends and doesn't seem like geo filter is working when I add the device. I also followed the steps I seen in many posts close application resync with cloud etc. 

I've tryed on xbox series x with no geo filter and filter, and finally i tried on pc with geo filter and no geo filter no luck

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

Can you connect when you connect your device directly to your modem?

What changes have you made on the R3 from the defaults?

Modem - Home Hub 3000, I have r3 in the modems dmz there is advanced dmz option though thats unchecked

I've tried ethernet and wireless on xsx and wired on pc

R3 is basically default I only tried geo filter and ad blocker

Can you take a screenshot of the DMZ page so I can have a look?

Do you have the same issue with your Xbox or PC connected directly to your home hub?

This is an unusual issue, I think it would be best to do a factory reset, complete the setup wizard and don't change anything and see if you get the same issue

@DunclinSorry to jump on this post but in the screenshot above the geofilter is active yet shows no device selected you need to add the device you want to use with the geofilter .. Top left corner where it states no device select on the (RED ADD) Button-  select the device to use with the geofilter . Also try making the circle radius smaller if its to big it wont find matches anywhere below 1800 miles is like the limit before it struggles to find matches this goes for any part of geofilter you select via radius

Thanks for the reply but I'm just trying to connect to game servers right now and it doesn't let me even without having the device added to geo filter.

@Netduma FraserI factory reset same thing happens, cant connect to some game servers all i did was do setup wizard

Try reverting back to and earlier version and see if it improves things.

I'd suggest 4.0.236 it's been stable in my opinion good luck

Could you try to connect to one of the games you have trouble with and then grab the logs from settings please? Hopefully it will have some insights there

I managed to connect to xbox servers on marvel rivals and neverwinter which previously it would not let me connect, unsure as to what I did but atleast i can connect to them now i guess. My pc still can't connect to ark survival ascended heres the logs attached, the most recent logs is me trying to connect to games on xsx and pc.

When roughly did it occur so I can match it in the logs? 

What settings have you changed between now and then?

@Netduma Fraser from about 14:05 in these logs to 14:08 is me trying to connect to ark ascended servers multiple times. As for the settings the only thing i did was factory reset xbox, so maybe I had manual ip settings not sure.

Thanks for that, have you done any port forwarding, disabled UPnP, using DMZ etc on the R3?
