Szentyr
Hi I recently got my hands on a R3 but I can't set it up properly so I was looking for some advice. When I first start up the R3 and get it connected to the internet it asks me to update, if I chose to update if give me this message(sometimes the youtube vid will load othertimes it just has an error), the X and the OK when clicked do nothing and I have to reload the page, I tried this process 5 times and got the same result each time, only one of these times did it even try and initialize the update but within a few moments it went to this screen, all the other times it went straight to this message. If I skip the update I make it to this page but it never manages to get to the next stage either. After attempting to load it keeps giving me this page, I tried a number of times and ended up just clicking "Continue Anyway" Most of the settings will let me enter values/run them but the ping optimiser will not and gives me the below error. Finally once reaching this stage I get to the below loading screen but this screen never actually loads it just gets stuck eternally on the loading screen. I've factory reset with that little hole a couple times and restarted the modem/powered it off a few times but not having any luck, is it broken or is there a fix for this issue? When I try to use the IOS app it just gives me "unkown error" Thanks S
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Thursday at 02:09 PM Administrators Share Posted Thursday at 02:09 PM Close the interface, hold the reset button in the back for 30 seconds, release and wait 4 minutes. Then attempt accessing/seting up via the DumaOS app only, don't allow it to update and skip the speed test and anything else, then see if you can get through to the interface and have it load correctly
Szentyr
Gave the reset a go and no luck, skipping things was the only way I got to that final loading screen, did it again a few times while skipping everything but nothing changed, still loads eternally.
