Do this:

  1. Quit the application/game/client completely
  2. Remove device from the Geo-Filter
  3. Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager
  4. Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu
  5. Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter
  6. Set up the Geo-Filter how you like
  7. Wait 2 minutes
  8. Boot up application/game/client

It should work better then

  2. Remover dispositivo do Geo-Filtro
  3. Informe o tipo de dispositivo PC PlayStation no Gerenciador de dispositivos
  4. Ressincronizar a partir do menu do mapa de filtro geográfico
  5. Adicione novamente o dispositivo ao Geo-Filter
  6. Configure o Geo-Filter como você gosta
  7. Aguarde 2 minutos
  8. Inicializar aplicativo/jogo/cliente

Deveria funcionar melhor então

It might be that the ping would be too high for you and they have a ping limit, if they host a lobby and invite you can you get into a game in a server there without the Geo-Filter?

Followed the instructions YOu gave and steady ping is still not working.  This is what I get...

If it can't ping the server then it won't be able to apply Steady Ping. Game servers don't respond to ping requests so this can happen. I also see you didn't follow the instructions fully as the PC has still been added to the Geo-Filter by selecting CoD but it should auto add as a console after changing the PC device type in the Device Manager. If you didn't understand that part just let us know.

OK so I fixed that but it is now finding servers outside my boundaries.  Strict mode is on and it still seems like there are a lot of servers that it can't ping

Still can't get Steady ping to work consistently and I am still being connected to servers outside of my geofence...

Turn off geo latency.

As above turn off Geo-Latency, reboot then try it again.

If it can't ping or if the server ping method shows as traced then it's unlikely to be able to apply Steady Ping.

You had Ping Assist disabled before which you've now enabled, disable that and keep Geo-Latency disabled, restart then try again
