No option for Wifi Enhancer

My EE account shows that Wifi Enhancer is activated, but I cannot find an option to use the ping optimiser or game mode anywhere in the app or the hub pro's management interface, and the article on EEs website links back to this forum for support after stating the below (When clicking Manage and then broadband, no option for wifi enhancer shows up)

 

To turn Game Mode on:

1. Open the EE app.
2. Select Manage 
3. Select Broadband
4. Tap WiFi Enhancer
5. Choose Game Mode
6. Toggle Game Mode to on

 

To optimise your ping:

1. Open the EE app
2. Select Manage 
3. Select Broadband
4. Tap WiFi Enhancer
5. Select Optimise your ping and follow the steps

Try going to Manage > WiFi Controls then you should see an option to setup WiFi enhancer at the top if you haven't set it up yet
