Losing connection several times! Netduma R2

Good afternoon, is everything okay?
I have a problem here where I keep losing connection several times a day. 
This started about 20 days ago. I called my internet provider and they 
said that the internet is not going down, but that the ONU is losing 
communication with the router.
I have an R2, and I just noticed that the same thing is 
happening to a lot of people. 
I need to solve this urgently because I use the internet for 
work and college.

Don't update.

You test a static IP for your PC?

I have this Error with a DHCP IP.

But if you make a reset or update you need a second router for config.

I have a Bug after Update.
I connect the WAN from R2 to Lan1 from my Router with Internet.

If your Dumaos dont start.

Now you can read the log.

Good afternoon, is everything okay?
I restarted and it still won't update. 
It keeps loading and showing that message that I sent the photo 
and nothing happens, no message appears, it doesn't update, 
it doesn't restart, it just stays like the image.

Factory reset then try to update as soon as you can and it should work then
