PS5 Pro appears as "unresolved device (id:38)", how to fix? Can't do anything with it.

When I add it and go back to this page, it's gone back to unresolved device.

That's likely BI not able to determine what it is. Does it appear on the Device Manager in the same way? If you re-name it and give it the correct device type can you add it to Geo-Filter and it works?

Unfortunately it doesn't appear under Device Manager at all.

If you check the IP on the console then check any unnamed devices on the Device Manager can you find a match?

So I went to Network > View connection status and found my PS5 IP Address.

I then found it on Netduma and named it.

However I still can't do anything with it.

I run a 'speed test' and it doesn't appear under network activity (when I click on "now"). I can download a full 100gb game and nothing appears. 

I can 'block' the device but can still do a speed test, I can still play online.

I've added it on Geo-Filter and it nothing happens when I run the game.
