Is there anyway to block specific port on netgear xr1000 ?

Not really outright, what is it you're wanting to block specifically? Perhaps there is a workaround

I want to block efootball from connecting to the port 5735 at any match .. what should i do ?

You may be able to use Traffic Controller to achieve that

We're aware Ping Optimizer/Speed test isn't 100% reliable at the moment, in the meantime set the speeds manually and adjust Congestion Control to achieve the same effects

Thanks for clarifying, we're aware Speed Test/Ping Optimizer isn't 100% reliable at the moment so enter your speeds manually and adjust Congestion Control manually to achieve the same effects in the meantime

Have you updated recently? If so have you factory reset? If not I would highly suggest it, it's a big jump in firmware. I think you'd have to factory reset anyway in this scenario.
