I think you'd need to go back to your VPN provider and get their assistance, you're using the VPN in a way we wouldn't recommend especially when there is a VPN client on the router itself

Okay so now i have set my PS5 to the HybridVPN i finally found a server who allow me moderate NAT, now the problem is Geofilter, it don't see my PS5 online and is not able to do the ping stable because my game connect i don't know where

As you're creating an encrypted tunnel between you and the VPN server the Geo-Filter can have trouble filtering. However, sitting in the menu isn't you actually playing so search for a game and you may see servers appear

It looks like it is trying to ping so it can see a server, zoom out all the way, do you see a server then?

Fiy i have set the VPN with WireGuard, it change anything if it's WireGuard or Openvpn ? I mean for Geofilter

No it doesn't matter which protocol you use. It is seeing a server you have manually allowed, is that the server it's trying to connect you to in game?

I don't see the server where the game was connected, i allow this server some days ago i think, i try to connect in the red parts of the map

What I mean is this could be the server you're connecting to when in a game because you've allowed it and so it will always be able to be connected to regardless of your settings. It is usually an authentication server in that area but it's possible you've allowed a mislocated server that is actually the game server. Could you provide the ID of the server you've allowed so I can check it please?

I take it by that it made no difference whatsoever? If so I think it will be due to using the VPN then, you don't need the VPN to force locations, the Geo-Filter is enough

It works absolutely fine without creating an encrypted tunnel between you and a server. That's absolutely fine, email [email protected] and we'll provide the instructions to do so

NO it don't work, i have turn OFF the VPN, and always sit in the lobby waiting to connect to a game if i put a Geo ffilter ... i spend more time to do settings on this sh... than playing ! it's crazy

 

Everytime ping stable dont work because the router can't connect to server ....

 

Stop please it's just not correct to sell a router with 50% of the features not working

It's connected to a server there in that screenshot, that is the game host - pinging is separate from being able to connect to the server. Game servers reject pings so we try to be clever to counteract it but it doesn't always work to provide a ping
