what's the issue ? I have the xr1000, I use pppoe, it work fine.

I have the version 1.0.0.64_1.0.49.

When you change the Congestion Control percentage for upload and do a speedtest for example you should see that the percentage and therefore speed you have restricted it to is not being adhered to on the speedtest.
