TxFrog33
how can I know if Steady Ping is actually allowing a less jittery server.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 15 Administrators Share Posted April 15 It doesn't allow a less jittery server, it applies extra ping to give you a constant steady ping that would absorb any of the spikes/jitter you'd normally receive - it will show stabilized on the ping window when this happens
TxFrog33
So is it better to have this off if my ping on most these servers are already in the 50's
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 17 Administrators Share Posted April 17 I couldn't say, I don't know anything about the stability of your ping - if you notice your ping on the Geo-Filter/game fluctuates (i.e. it doesn't stay at 50) then I'd at least recommend giving it a try and see how it feels. Some people love it, others don't, find what works best for you and stick with that.
