IPV6 for XBOX X

good evening I activated netduma r 3 ipv6 in the router but the xbxo x console does not see it! can you tell me the reason thanks

Does your connection support IPv6? 

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

Thanks for the reply the netduma R3 router is directly connected to the ONT on the netduma R3 it says enabled but on the console it only sees IPV4

Have you enabled IPv6 on the R3?

Ok, does your ISP offer you IPv6?

As above, does your ISP/connection allow for IPv6 to be used? Otherwise simply enabling IPv6 on the router won't work.
