Wantox81
Hello everyone, I have had a speed test problem for several days now: if I do the speed test from the R2's (3.3.280) internal utility I get: - 335mbps down et 255mbps up. If I do the speed test on Ookla I get the correct speeds from my provider: - 500mbps down and 250mbps up I have also tried doing a factory reset and reconfiguring everything, but the problem remains, how can I solve it? Thank you
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 8 Administrators Share Posted April 8 It's just the test server being used, it won't always report as accurately but as you can see the router isn't limiting you so just go off speedtest.net

Have I any problems with QoS? other thing: in the geofilter, with the app, when I connect to a game server it no longer pings me, it says: could not ping host, why? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 8 Administrators Share Posted April 8 Yes that's correct, it won't cause any issues with QoS. Game servers don't respond to traditional pings so we try to be clever in order to get a successful ping but it doesn't always work. It will then try to fall back to the trace method which won't give you the correct ping in most cases but hopefully somewhere near it, however this can also fail. I just have to restart R2 to solve it I'll send you the log, can you tell me what's wrong? Thanks log-1744140358779.txt
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 8 Administrators Share Posted April 8 Can't tell for certain but please set reserved IP addresses for your devices in Settings > DHCP, once you've done them all reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes then monitor it Wantox81
