creature Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Any juicy details about upcoming Gen 4 Telstra Smart Modem? Will it be loaded with DumaOS 4?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 7 Administrators Posted March 7 We don't give out any details about future updates or products and I suspect Telstra would be the same regarding any products until they were ready to announce them
Mr MuRFiE Posted August 20 Posted August 20 Now that the Telstra smart modem 4 is now officially available, is it compatible with DumaOS on the higher speeds?

Mr MuRFiE Posted Monday at 11:28 PM Posted Monday at 11:28 PM Ok thanks heaps, now that's now activated and i have already found my first issue. On the Dashboard you can't unpin Category Breakdown tile, if you pin it, it adds a 3rd title, these two can't be removed. Any ideas ?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Tuesday at 02:05 PM Administrators Posted Tuesday at 02:05 PM Go to the Network Monitor page, pin it from there then unpin it again and it should disappear from the dashboard

If i pin in under Network monitor it adds a 3rd tile, if i unpin it, only then removes the 3rd tile, the other two tiles are permanently there.

It could be that they are from specific devices, in which case they would be unique panels, you'd need to determine the devices you did the category breakdown for then do that method and it should work, otherwise a reset would be needed

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Thursday at 02:41 PM Administrators Posted Thursday at 02:41 PM My mistake, been awhile since I've used that interface, just to be clear, you factory reset the modem and it didn't clear them? If you check in another browser are they still there, wondering if they're getting cached

It may be a Gen 4 specific issue then, there might be a command you can run in the browser console to remove them, I'll check with the team and come back to you Mr MuRFiE 1
