For some odd reason, when I log in to the  interface, I get a message saying, You are no longer connected to your router. (Please see pic for full message) I’ve tried rebooting the router etc, but I still get this message. Please help. Thanks!

Are you connected via ethernet or WiFi when this happens? Are you accessing via routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1 and do you notice a difference with either?

Connected via Ethernet. I tried accessing through routerlogin.net. When I tried 192.168.1.1, it now works. I wonder why?

Could be a DNS issue on your PC specifically or the browser isn't resolving it correctly, shouldn't be connected to any larger issues
