i went ahead and still no connection with in the filter. I want to try the old fireware maybe something happened in the update

I have diligently followed all of the steps you provided, yet unfortunately, I have not achieved the desired results. Initially, I considered returning the router; however, after reviewing numerous past videos demonstrating its functionality for other users, I suspect this may be a firmware issue that might have been overlooked. I kindly request that your team investigates the firmware and considers implementing an update to address this problem in the near future. In the meantime, I plan to reconnect my previous router until a solution is available.Thank you for your assistance, and I genuinely appreciate the time you dedicated to helping me.

I don't think it will be something for us to fix specifically otherwise a lot more people would have mentioned it by now. What other settings on the router have you changed for these two devices? Have you made internet rules allowing all traffic for example?
