LeonGulien
I have problems with my Netduma R3 for a few days now. Since using this device, I have noticed that I am experiencing a lot of packet loss during certain games. At some point I started (hard)resetting my Netduma. I tried to connect this to the box according to the step-by-step plan, just like the first time. Now I have the problem that I have access to WiFi on the Netduma, but it does not connect to the internet on my Playstation or computer via cable. My computer indicates that there is an internet connection, but I cannot use the browser. The Netduma app works normally via the WiFi on my phone and I ran the setup wizard. I use the WiFi from my modem that was supplied to me by my internet provider, and my PlayStation and my computer are wired to the Netduma. Help?! Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 7 Administrators Share Posted February 7 While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please. Are you able to access the interface on the wired PC? Reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3 from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if it works. LeonGulien
Hello, Have I connected this setup correctly? The white cable comes straight from my IPS router and the black cable goes straight to my PC. If this is correct, everything works properly.
