TurboBaron
Hi guys, I'm having some issues with the DumaOS dashboard running really slowly. I've been trying to use it with Chrome which seemed really slow, so I've installed OperaGX from scratch and tried running it in that but it's still really slow. Certain apps (Connection Benchmark, System information) seem to load just fine but some just don't seem to want to load, and I keep getting the "This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute" message. I've seen in other threads the suggestion to clear cache/cookies in the browser but I don't imagine that's the issue if this is a fresh browser install. Any suggestions ?🤔
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Monday at 03:16 PM Administrators Share Posted Monday at 03:16 PM What router are you using and what firmware version is it on? Are you accessing via HTTP or HTTPS? Make sure it's HTTP and the browser isn't forcing it to use HTTPS
TurboBaron
It's the Netgear Nighthawk XR500, software version 2.3.2.134. I've just checked that the "Always use secure connections" toggle is switched off.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Monday at 04:09 PM Administrators Share Posted Monday at 04:09 PM Is that the public version you're on or the beta? If you're not on the beta then please upgrade to that: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ If it doesn't work could you record a video showing what you see please? TurboBaron
Ah - looking at the post you've linked to it looks like I'm on an old version, I'll sort that out and then post back in here to let you know how I get on. Thanks ! Netduma Fraser
