evalencia
Hello, I purchased a NetdumaR3 two months ago, during the Black Friday sale. I was quite pleased with the product, as it worked well: geofiltering, speedboost, smartping: All great. However, about the past two weeks, the router will randomly drop from my expected, and previous, speeds of 800MBs/down and up to a speed of a tenth, around 80MB down and up. It seems to resolve for a day or two after rebooting the router, but these past two days, rebooting the router fixes the issue for only a few minutes, before dropping back down to 80MB. Plugging in my PC directly to my router, I get my expected gigabit speeds. This is really disappointing as a fan of the product. I requested access to the early firmware, and when I try to install it to my router, I am timed out. I am on the most recent, stable, consumer firmware. Assistance, or what I can provide for proof, would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Ed
