The team have asked for remote access please follow these steps:

If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect.

@Netduma Anas

hello, yes it was malfunctioning again this morning.
so I put the main router in bridge mode again.
remote access is on, is there another way you can connect, if the main router is in bridge mode?
behind the r3 is now an asus gaming router only for the wifi signal

The main router being in bridge mode is good, it provides a direct line to the internet for the R3. As long as it is all setup still for tomorrow then we should be able to connect.
