It’s just happened now and there’s no games running and also I can’t get into the interface of the Duma like you said. Honestly this is beyond fustrating. Did not expect these problems to happen with a netduma. Shocking device

Heres the logs. SURELY something can be done about this?

If it's a DDoS attack then that isn't anything we could help with but In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.

I will try this but the whole DDOS thing seems false because when I plug in my cable into my PC without the Duma I don’t disconnect once. The Duma is the problem.

Hi

I am yet again coming back to this forum thread as the netduma is literally unbearable. I can't even browse the internet anymore without my pages taking forever to load. What has happened to netduma? From having issues with my internet disconnecting to now my internet being insanely slow .. This shoudnt be happening and if there are no solutions I'm either selling this or throwing it in the trash where it belongs from all these issues.

Just a reminder, we don't have total control over the XR range. Do you have Adblocker enabled?

It’s not even the disconnects now. It also the slow internet and taking ages to load pages. If I plug my internet in without the netduma everything loads fast

The Adblocker could be causing that, alternatively using a different DNS may speed that up

No. I refuse to believe I need to do all these things to make the netduma work when it used to work perfectly fine. Im already in the process of returning the item . This thing is trash.

It’s honestly unbelievable. I can’t even get into the interface as it keeps saying it’s disconnected and it’s trying to reconnect. Everything is just broken with the netduma and ontop of that having to try to understand static IPs and all that out is beyong confusing

The IP address should work in that scenario to access it. You don't need to understand it, just follow the instructions I provided then hopefully it will resolve the issue. If there is a part of the instructions you don't follow let me know

Would love to even get into this but everytime I go into the netduma dashboard I’m just hit with “you are no longer connected to the router”

Use the IP address http://192.168.1.1 to access and see if it stops that happening
