smart boost use

So i have my desktop and gaming set as priority but still people streaming not using the full bandwidth is causing my game Path of exile to ping spike all the god damn time. 
Is having my pc prioritised enough or how can i set specific games to fall into the "Gaming" category because it shows gaming as offline because i guess somehow i have to set specific things but cant find that option anywhere.

You need to also have Congestion Control set - how do you have this set currently? 

You can't do that, we need to perform cloud updates to identify games we don't currently identify
