London servers won’t stabilize

Hi I have the r3 and live in Ireland so London servers are the closest to me but more often than not they don’t stabilize.i have brought up the topic before and was told to hold out for update v4.0.290 but it has not sorted the issue.is anything else I can try to get them to stabilize?i have the new update installed but still the same out come with London Servers not stabilizing…..

It's not able to ping the server properly, hence why it's showing the impossible 1ms value and so it can't stabilize it properly as it doesn't know what ping it should be applying. We're working on a new ping method that may help make it more reliable but we don't have an ETA on that.

No bother…would it be worth resetting the r3 back to factory settings and starting over?

I don't think that would be necessary or really help in this scenario

It's not really a problem per se - game servers don't respond to pings very well so we're trying to workaround it but yes others will have it too
