Pocket loss help..

every game i get pocket loss 2-5 

I connect my xr 500 to modem( in bridge mood)   ( from my isp ) 

i have fiber internet 500 download and 250 upload .. 

why always i get  pocket loss ? @Netduma Fraser

Where are you measuring the packet loss? Do you see the same issue directly connected to your modem? Are you playing via ethernet or WiFi?

yeah even directly bo6 have pocket loss

If you get it playing directly then it's likely nothing on your side that you can control, it could be your routing to the servers. Is better in non peak times?

Does it play better outside of peak times? Are you using the Geo-Filter to get the closest servers?

Its good but why i get it ? And what to do to get out it ?

It's because either you're experiencing ISP congestion (lots of people in your area all using the internet at once, e.g. when they come home from school or work and so it causes congestion) or the same scenario but the game servers experiencing congestion because lots of people are playing after work/school etc.
