It's saying your authorisation failed - make sure you're entering the username & password they provide for the VPN itself - not the credentials you use to login to the Nord website. Also double check caps lock.

As long as they provide you with the OpenVPN configuration files to connect to them then yes they should work

Poderia me falar qual formato devo solicitar? É assim mesmo que se fala “open VPN” ex: Contratei a operadora X VPN eu entro em contato e peço pra eles o arquivo Open VPN do meu login e senha da X Vpn… isto?

You ask them for the OpenVPN configuration files or specifically ask for the OpenVPN config files for whatever server it is you want to connect to. You should have your username/password credentials already when you sign up.
