Long wait times to find game

I have cross play turned off. No ping assist on. Sever distance 2000 an I live in Florida.  It takes over 5 mins most times to get in a lobby. Is there anything on my end I can do to fix this issue?

There is nothing you can do to fix the issue on your end. By turning off crossplay you rule out 2/3 of the players (Xbox/PC) and an even smaller amount of players are searching for PlayStation-only lobbies 

You might find lobbies faster if you search for multiple modes or by covering more servers but no guarantees

Thank you I didn't know if there was something I could do or not on my end. Turned cross play off to avoid the PC players.

As above, you are massively restricting the available player base so it will take longer, you'll either need to include more servers or re-enable cross play to speed it up.
