Kahari
Earlier last week, the geo filter was working on my XR500 (while playing COD), but now it is no longer working at all. Servers aren’t showing up, my location isn’t showing in the geo filter, and it’s connecting me to games as if the filter isn’t on at all. I’ve tried restarting the router and modem, deleting the device, re syncing the cloud and re adding the device, (like previous methods) nothing has worked. What should I do? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Monday at 03:33 PM Administrators Share Posted Monday at 03:33 PM Check the IP on the device itself and then check it against the name of the device you're adding on the Device Manager, do they match? Kahari
I checked and Yes they both match. I even just did a factory reset and still not working.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Monday at 05:19 PM Administrators Share Posted Monday at 05:19 PM Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
