XR1000 duma OS issues

Hi,

I’ve been having issues with my duma OS

ever since I installed the new software update my connection benchmark does not work. It stays stuck with a circle in the middle of the screen and doesn’t ever move. I factory reset twice today and now after doing that now QOS and connection benchmark aren’t working

 

also how would I know if I have version 2 of XR1000 or version 1. Thanks

The XR1000 router consists of four versions in version one and one version in version two. To determine which variant you have, refer to the label on the back of your router. If you install incorrect firmware, that could be a possible cause of the malfunctioning features.

When I look at the label what am I looking for?

You'll have one of these if you bought it: 

• XR1000
• XR1000 v2

or one of these if it was provided:

• XR1000-1RNNAS (ENTOUCH)
• XR1000-1RNNAS (GRANDE)
• XR1000-1RNNAS (RCN)
• XR1000-1RNNAS (WAVE)

You should be able to tell top right of the interface - but I can tell you it won't be any of the last 4 as they've never had an update. If you've updated the router more than once in the lifetime you've had it then it won't be the v2 either as that's only had 1 post release update.

What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
