Worried about purchasing Netduma R3

Hello guys , I live in the Middle East specifically in Saudi Arabia and I am worried about the Netduma r3  not working well or etc..
I play Blackops 6 and Valorant and I'm tired of hidden shots and bullet registration However, I'm top 5000 on Valorant  and I can't improve to a better level. 
Will the router provide me with an exceptional experience and a noticeable improvement in bullet registration and gaming experience

That's really very hard to say as all connections/setups are different - those stats look good but that also depends on whether you get those results all the time. Being in M.E. you don't have many servers available to choose from, if you're already connecting to them on a consistent basis then the Geo-Filter wouldn't be too much use. I would put it like this, do you actually experience lag caused by local congestion or from being put on far away servers? If the answer is yes then the router can help. If it's just for better hit detection then I can't give you a definitive answer on that as the router fixes tangible things whereas hit detection isn't usually reflected in network statistics.
