How to download dumaOS?

I see the firmware update download but that’s literally just the sig file, where can I download the actual OS? I just got an r2 second hand and the password has not been reset so I don’t have access to it over WiFi. Please help!

 

btw tried hard resetting the router but the password still says incorrect when I use the one on the bottom of the router

The sig file is just an update, and there is no download for a full OS. I recommend trying to connect to your router with an Ethernet cable and setting up your Wi-Fi password through the setup wizard. It is possible the firmware on your router is old, and that could be causing the issue.

Connect to it via ethernet and use the default credentials admin / password to login to the interface.

You also wouldn't be able to update the router without access to the interface.
