I went back to the old update now my r3 won’t respond it doesn’t show me anything. The new update didn’t show servers on the map or nothing in real time. So I went back the the previous update and it doesn’t respond at all. What can I do?

Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes then attempt access please

A normal reboot should be fine, it should be fixed in an upcoming update

I noticed if you are running a vpn on your phone dumos won't load or anything cant log into the router also from webbrowser

As in using a VPN client on your actual phone - not using HybridVPN? If so that's expected

@Netduma FraserI'm still facing this issue even after multiple reboots. Plus my PC doesn't have an active internet connection when it boots up , it takes a minute to connect to internet. I remember I had this issue in one of the early version when I bought the R3. It''s really frustrating. I would like to go back to one of the recent stable version. Please suggest , unless there is a new update coming out soon.

There will be new firmware which should help, can't say when it will release exactly - we're aware of the delay in connection when booting up (I suspect if you leave a device on standby you'll notice this moreso). I don't have a specific recommendation as I'd always suggest staying on the latest.
