Disconnection issues!

I purchased this device (250 USD) specifically to enhance my connectivity for gaming and internet, yet it’s been nothing but a disappointment. Despite downloading the latest test firmware (4.0.291) and performing multiple resets, the issues persist daily. Every single day, the router disconnects, and I’m unable to access the router’s webpage, forcing me to restart it manually. If there isn’t a permanent solution to these constant disconnections, I’ll be replacing this router with something reliable. Please advise on a solution immediately, or I’ll be moving on from this device.

The exact same thing happens to me, every day I have to restart the R3 because the internet is going away and it does not let me connect to the settings, neither by the app nor by the browser.

Given you both access, please see if that helps.

How long did you wait prior to rebooting?

it depends, usually every 24 hours and sometimes twice a day.

I mean when the issue happens, how long are you waiting for the connection to re-establish itself before you reboot or are you rebooting right away?

I’ve waited sometimes 2-3 hours and it won’t re-connect. I should reboot it every single time.

I've encountered the same issue. When disconnected, I can't access the router via the webpage or the app.

I've given you Early Access, please see if the firmware there works better for you: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
