alecjb12
Hello, This is only my second day using the XR1000 with Duma 3.0 and I am having more trouble than luck. I am receiving the following error when attempting to use the GeoFilter or Heatmap Rapps within DumaOS: This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute. I have done some research and this seems to have been a common issue occurring since 2018.I was hoping that some of the fixes provided on the other posts would work, but all failed. Here's what I've tried: - Reboot from interface. - Shut off, leave for 10 minutes, try again. - Factory Reset (button and interface). - Verified that I was on the most up to date firmware. - Firmware downgrade, upgrade, then factory reset. - Firmware upgrade using TFTP. - Incognito browser / clearing cookies and cache. - Resyncing from Device Manager. - Verifying the device added to Geofilter was the same name and device type. I really want this to work properly, but right now the only option appears to be returning the router and steering clear of DumaOS. Please help. Attached is a log file to help. There are errors in there pertaining to both GeoFilter and Heatmap. log-1730302513090.txt
DARKNESS
As your router is reaching the end of its lifecycle support, I don't know if the issue will be fixed in time. However, you could try to record what's happening with Jam Dev while on an Incognito mode in your browser. This might help developers troubleshoot the problem faster. I did notice that there are stack tracebacks so yes geofilter is certainly failing to work. The admin should be on tomorrow, hopefully they can help you further. https://jam.dev/?gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI1bSls7C3iQMV8WZHAR3I9h_XEAAYASAAEgLkb_D_BwE

How it is reaching end of support? Generally, there are End of Sale dates set far before End of Support.
DARKNESS
@alecjb12 I am just a consumer and not affiliated with Netduma just so you know. Even though there is no expiration date on the product itself, products are still sold regardless of the life support of the software, just like if you were to buy a router that was five years old. If they sell a product still it should be supported. At least in some main functionality ways.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 31 Administrators Share Posted October 31 Are you experiencing this every single time immediately after you tried each of those troubleshooting steps? Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, close the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
