pdiorio
My issue is that with certain social media sites and all games, the internet rules I'm setting aren't working. They work for video streaming (YouTube) and Instagram, but Facebook still opens, and my games don't get blocked either. I've made a loom video below showing my issue just to make things a little easier. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you in advance for any advice provided! https://www.loom.com/share/0bd274d6c91f48dd8675164c3aa1b540?sid=251dac90-b1f9-4f14-a73f-c33bd8e4e9f2
DARKNESS
@pdiorio@Netduma FraserI tested it myself with youtube - instagram - Facebook etc and what seems to be happening is that the traffic becomes unknown after a bit of time so it essentially bypasses the rule since the packets aren't readable to the router. https://jam.dev/c/2c12cdff-a8c8-4bb2-a9f4-258492872446 https://jam.dev/c/a9c62e3a-40ce-4bfb-9fc3-c4bdccbd2165 pdiorio
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 27 Administrators Share Posted October 27 I can reproduce this for the most part, thanks for the reports, this will be a DPI/Cloud issue that we can fix without a firmware update, I'll pass it on pdiorio
