brother_x
Hello, I have been having this problem for several days now, my Wi-Fi connection drops and it does not allow me to connect any device, only by cable, I have factory reset the device but the problem continues, I have version 4.0.219 and I have been seeing what there is another firmware but I can't find it, does that version correct this problem? Regards.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 3 Administrators Share Posted October 3 Do you notice any pattern in what devices are being used or the type of traffic when it happens?

I have not noticed anything strange, it is quite random, I have noticed that the internet connection drops, however the Wi-Fi connection is maintained for a few moments, now I have realized that the lights on the device remain fixed when the problem passes. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 7 Administrators Share Posted October 7 There is a newer firmware which you should try: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57039-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40290/ Try this: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds, 2.4 for stability Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
